By accessing liftupweb.tech or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. LiftUP Web is operated from Queensland, Australia.
LiftUP Web provides website auditing, design, development, and ongoing maintenance services for Australian businesses. Specific deliverables and pricing are confirmed in writing before work commences.
Our free website audit is provided without obligation. Submission of an audit request does not create a contract or obligation to engage our paid services.
Paid engagements are subject to a separate written agreement. Monthly plans are billed in advance. One-time projects are invoiced as agreed. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of bespoke design and code created for their project. LiftUP Web retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
LiftUP Web's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
